i first ate KBL when i was like 5 or something. KBL stands for kadios, baboy, langka.... this is a local bacolod dish... one of my favorites actually... it can be compared to sinigang because its a little sour and to bulalo because of the porks cuts.... but what's unique with KBL is batuan... batuan is a fruit ... hard little round thing green in color that taste sour... something that i miss from bacolod.....
